Aaron Gibbs Joins IEM as Chief Technology Officer

Fremont, California – June 23, 2026 – Industrial Electric Mfg. (IEM), a leading provider of custom power distribution and control systems for over 75 years, announced that Aaron Gibbs has joined the company as Chief Technology Officer. Gibbs will report to CEO Clayton Such as part of the executive leadership team and will lead IEM’s overall technology vision and strategy.

As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Gibbs will shape the technology vision powering IEM's next phase of growth, advancing product development and operational scale in service of customers who build and operate the world's critical infrastructure. His appointment reflects IEM's commitment to accelerating innovation and strengthening its position as a scalable, engineering-led manufacturer capable of supporting the world's largest and most complex infrastructure deployments.
Gibbs brings more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning technology, engineering, and global product management for medium-and-low-voltage power equipment, including switchgear, switchboards, and control portfolios. Throughout his career, he has successfully led organizations through modernization initiatives, built high-performing teams, and implemented technology strategies that drive operational excellence and customer success.
