Aaron Gibbs

Aaron Gibbs is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Industrial Electric Mfg. (IEM). In this role, Aaron leads IEM’s overall technology vision and strategy, helping accelerate innovation, strengthen execution, and expand the company’s capabilities in support of customer success.

He is a seasoned senior engineering and innovation executive experienced in product portfolio strategy, R&D transformations, and program management across both the power distribution and elevator industries. Throughout his career, Aaron has held executive leadership positions in both public and private companies. Most recently, Aaron was CTO at Vantage Elevation, a leading manufacturer of elevator components and systems, where he was responsible for product development, program management, and value creation for innovative solutions.

Aaron holds an M.B.A. from Colorado Technical University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University.
