ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST - FREMONT, CA
Essential Functions:
- Process and post daily cash, ACH, wires and credit card transactions
- Make daily deposits and process payment write ups
- Interface with sales teams to mitigate customer PO and invoice discrepancies/disputes
- Investigate and resolve short payments, disputed charges and invalid deductions

PRINCIPAL BUSINESS ANALYST (IT MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS) - FREMONT, CA
Purpose of Position:
The primary focus of this role is to be a liaison between the different IEM Business Groups and Information Technology. You will act on behalf of IT to drive combined business and IT visions/solutions. The Principal Business Analyst – IT Manufacturing Operations will be responsible for supporting software solution implementations, driving process standardization and efficiencies as well as identifying growth opportunities and cost reductions.

IT DIRECTOR, GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE & OPERATIONS
Purpose of Position:
The IT Director, Global Infrastructure & Operations will be an integral member of the IEM Information Technology Team and responsible for design, development, implementation and support of the future state enterprise technical architecture for this global manufacturing company. This includes core infrastructure services such as systems, storage and networks as well as enterprise architecture components (e.g. middleware, web services, etc.) under the umbrella of a loosely coupled, tightly integrated enterprise architecture. The Sr. IT Project Manager is responsible for the success of all projects in the portfolio. ENTRY-LEVEL FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER - FREMONT, CA / JACKSONVILLE, FL
Purpose of Position:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will receive foundational knowledge of our equipment by being trained to do the in-house testing, verification and start-up in the field of a project. This will include performing inspections, developing test procedures, performing set-up and dynamic adjustment of analog and digital governor systems, voltage regulator systems and engine/generator controllers. You will also perform modifications and repairs to existing systems. This position will have the possibility of transitioning into design engineering at a later date.
Essential Functions:
- Perform inspections, troubleshooting and commissioning of power products. These systems will always include circuit protection and power distribution devices. Equipment will sometimes also include automation systems, PLCs, and / or data acquisition systems.
- Perform programming for automation, protection or monitoring devices within IEM products.
- Identify and propose solutions to system integration issues with other vendor’s equipment.
- Coordinate with project management and the engineering department to find solutions to product
- or commissioning issues identified by IEM or reported by the customer in the field.

Purpose of Position:
This position is responsible for onboarding and training new field service employees during their 4-week orientation period.
Essential Functions:
- Train field service technicians and engineers for commissioning and troubleshooting of IEM electrical products, mainly for use in data centers.
- Develop and Manage training itinerary to give techs skills to enable their success in the field. Areas of training include: mechanical assembly, wiring, testing, jobsite safety, software tools, networking and communications, report writing, and commissioning.
- Communicates with shop field service leadership, engineering, and technicians to identify areas for improvement in current program
- Coordinates with shop leads and managers to facilitate production training

SR. FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER - US FLEXIBLE
Purpose of Position:
This position is responsible for directly commissioning, troubleshooting and performing maintenance on IEM as well as non-IEM products. With time to prepare, Senior Field Engineers should have the skills to handle any commissioning or troubleshooting task on IEM equipment, including our most complex systems. Capable to lead a team to complete turnkey complex switchgear or controls retrofits. Completes high level automation assignments in addition to providing leadership/training/support for junior techs/programmers. Can identify and propose solutions to integration issues between IEM equipment and other vendor equipment.
Essential Functions:
- As required, travel to customer sites to independently complete or lead commissioning and/or troubleshooting activities with junior techs/engineers.
- Attend site meetings and walk-throughs; provide input to applications or sales teams on automation and switchgear solutions utilizing IEM products.
- Provide automation/networking support and commissioning training to field service engineers and technicians.
- Assists with project start-up and resolving punch list items found at the job. Works with IEM Project Managers to update punch lists and ensure jobs are closed out.
- Reports back issues to manufacturing facilities regarding whether quality control standards are upheld to project design criteria and product specifications. Works with production and engineering teams to help resolve any deficiencies that are found.
- As required, travel to manufacturing or field service offices of IEM to participate in or lead training exercises, and to participate in factory witness/shop testing.

LEAD FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER - SWITCHGEAR PRODUCTS, STERLING, VA
Purpose of Position:
This position serves as the subject matter expert on IEM’s custom repeatable Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Switchgear products from the field service perspective. They’re the main and first point of contact for supporting and training internal technicians as well as leading communication with commercial and production teams within IEM. Responsible for directly troubleshooting, commissioning, collecting data and performing maintenance on switchgear and related core IEM products, including UL891 switchboards.
Essential Functions:
- Support field service technicians tasked with commissioning and troubleshooting of Switchgear Products.

LEAD FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER - C&I, US FLEXIBLE
Purpose of Position:
This position is responsible for directly scheduling, managing and enabling the success of a team of field service techs/engineers as they commission, troubleshoot or perform maintenance on custom IEM and occasionally non-IEM manufactured products. The lead will play a dual role as a Regional Team Lead and travelling Field Service Engineer, with the ability to commission high level IEM LV and MV equipment without the aid of a script, including systems with automation elements.

FIELD SERVICE COORDINATOR - C&I, BOARDMAN, OR / STERLING, VA
Purpose of Position:
The coordinator will work with field service management, IEM sales and Field Service Techs to ensure that all Field Service Requests are satisfactorily fulfilled and closeout documentation is provided.
In addition, the coordinator manages operations of the Fremont Field Service office. They will be responsible for shipping/receiving and with replenishing a supply of parts and materials.
Essential Functions:

Purpose of Position:
You will be responsible for providing applications engineering support to our sales and engineering teams with a focus on three-phase power, automation and communication within low and medium voltage switchgear, applying high-level engineering concepts to solve real world problems for our clients.

- Provide pre-order engineering support and assist with high-level design challenges. This may include generating preliminary drawings, communications diagrams, sequences of operation and bills of materials.

Purpose of Position:
IEM will provide training on our specific equipment and commissioning process in Jacksonville, FL for approximately 4 weeks. You will be responsible for hands-on field service work at customer sites, with a focus on installation of components and subassemblies, and basic commissioning of IEM equipment primarily in data center or industrial applications. This includes, but may not be limited to:
- Attending project meetings as required, including coordination with contractors and clients.
