From Coast to Coast, IEM Teams Step Up for Their Communities
December 20, 2025
As the year comes to a close, IEM is proud to reflect on the many ways its teams showed up for the communities where it lives and works across North America.
Throughout the holiday season, employees stepped beyond their day-to-day roles to support local organizations and families through hands-on volunteer efforts and charitable giving. These moments were not about recognition; they were about connection, care and contributing in meaningful ways where it matters most.
IEM’s leadership team set a vision for the company, taking part in a hands-on effort to give back by coming together to build 16 bicycles for children in underserved communities in Las Vegas. The effort reflected a shared commitment to putting teamwork into action while supporting local families, showing that meaningful impact comes not only from the work done each day, but from how teams show up for others.
In Fremont, California, IEM employees partnered with Habitat for Humanity East Bay/Silicon Valley to build playhouses for local families. These thoughtfully constructed spaces offer children more than just a place to play. They create opportunities for imagination, comfort, and joy. The experience also brought employees together in a shared effort to give back to their own community.
IEM team members in Jacksonville, Florida volunteered at the Children’s Christmas Party of Jacksonville, helping create a festive and welcoming environment for local children. Through simple but meaningful interactions, including distributing toys, sharing smiles and spending time together, employees helped ensure each child experienced the excitement and warmth of the season.
The IEM team in Vancouver, British Columbia supported the Surrey Christmas Bureau, a longstanding organization dedicated to helping families during the holidays. By assisting with sorting, packing and distributing gifts and essential items, the team played a part in making the season brighter for those in need while gaining a deeper appreciation for the strength and resilience within the community.
Across each location, the common thread was a genuine desire to give back, to be present, to contribute and to support neighbors in meaningful ways. It reflects IEM’s broader commitment to the communities where it operates, not just during the holidays but year-round.
As the new year approaches, IEM remains committed to continuing this spirit of service, finding opportunities to listen, engage and make a positive difference in the communities it proudly serves.
