Zhana Goldblatt

Zhana Goldblatt is the Chief Financial Officer at IEM, leading the company’s financial strategy and overseeing its financial and capital resources.

As a strategic advisor to the CEO and a partner to the executive leadership team and Board of Directors, she plays a critical role in executing IEM’s rapid growth strategy and driving operational efficiency.

Bringing extensive finance leadership experience from Danaher and Acuity Brands, Zhana has a strong track record in lean principles, process improvement, and value creation to ehance profitability and enable sustainable, long-term growth. She is also an active member of the Jacksonville Chamber Professional Women's Council.

Zhana holds a Bachelor's in Accounting from Boise State University.
