Zhana Goldblatt is the Chief Financial Officer at IEM, leading the company’s financial strategy and overseeing its financial and capital resources.

As a strategic advisor to the CEO and a partner to the executive leadership team and Board of Directors, she plays a key role in executing IEM’s rapid growth strategy and driving operational efficiency.

With extensive experience in finance leadership at Danaher and Acuity Brands, Zhana brings a strong background in lean principles and process improvement to enhance profitability and support sustainable growth.

Zhana holds a Bachelor's in Accounting from Boise State University.
