Tim Ferguson is the Executive Vice President of Operations at IEM, overseeing all manufacturing operations in Jacksonville, Florida.

With over 30 years of experience in switchgear and custom control systems manufacturing, Tim has held leadership roles in engineering, R&D, and integrated systems sales.

Since joining IEM through the acquisition of Industrial Power Systems in 2011, Tim has been instrumental in expanding manufacturing capabilities to support the company's growing business. His passion for switchgear manufacturing and complex controls systems design continues to drive innovation and operational excellence.
