Sandra Gravanti is the General Counsel at IEM, overseeing all legal functions, compliance, and risk management strategies to support the company’s growth and protect its interests.

With 23 years of legal experience, she provides proactive, strategic counsel to align IEM’s operations with its long-term vision while minimizing risk.

Sandra holds a Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Florida College of Law and is a member of the Georgia Bar Association.
