Ryan Gibson

Ryan Gibson is the Executive Vice President of Engineering, overseeing IEM’s engineering and field service divisions. Since joining Industrial Power Systems in 2005 and later transitioning to IEM after its acquisition in 2011, Ryan has played a pivotal role in bridging engineering teams across regions and advancing the company’s technical capabilities.

With deep expertise in switchgear, automation, commissioning, and electrical equipment integration, Ryan has been instrumental in driving the growth of IEM’s engineering services. His leadership and customer-focused approach continue to position IEM as a trusted partner in an evolving industrial landscape.

Ryan holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Akron and earned his Professional Engineering license from the state of Florida.
