She brings extensive experience in value creation, business transformation, and corporate strategy from her previous roles at Bain & Company and Celestica.

With a strong background in strategic planning and operational execution, Rena helps guide IEM’s leadership in business planning, goal-setting, and sustainable growth initiatives.

Rena holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
