Mark Harris

Mark Harris is the Chief Operating Officer of IEM, leading operational strategy since February 2025.

With over 30 years of experience in global, operations-focused organizations, he specializes in strategy, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, and operational excellence, and has a proven track record of driving enterprise value, EBITDA growth, and large-scale operational transformations.

Prior to IEM, Mark held executive roles in both public and private companies, including Danaher, Crane, Curtiss-Wright, REV Group, and TE Connectivity, managing complex global operations across aerospace, defense, nuclear, microwave/RF, electrical products, and consumer goods.

Mark holds a Bachelor’s in Operations Research from Tennessee Tech University and an MBA from the University of Arkansas.
