Doug Kristensen

Doug Kristensen is the President of IEM, overseeing field services, supply chain, and the key accounts business.

With over 30 years of experience in mission-critical power applications, Doug has held senior roles in operations, sales, marketing, and product development with manufacturers of electrical distribution, automation, and power quality equipment.

Doug is focused on strengthening IEM's capabilities in delivering high-quality, custom equipment to develop effective customer solutions at scale. His extensive experience and passion for power system solutions help drive the integration of processes and products across IEM.

Doug holds diplomas in Power and Chemical Engineering Technology from SAIT Polytechnic in Calgary.
