Clayton Such

Clayton Such is the Chief Executive Officer of IEM, leading the company’s rapid growth to 3,000+ employees and 50% year-over-year expansion. Under his leadership, IEM has established itself as the premier power systems and quality provider in the industry by deepening partnerships with Hyperscalers (Amazon, Google, Microsoft), expanding into CoLOs and services, and surpassing $1 billion in revenue in 2024.

Since joining IEM in 2011, Clayton has held key roles across engineering, sales, finance, and operations, guiding the company through a critical turnaround and pioneering bespoke power solutions. Clayton is an inventor with four patents to his name, and his cutting-edge research has been published in several esteemed IEEE journals. Prior to IEM, he led renewable energy projects at Younicos and helped secure Series B and C funding, leading to the company’s acquisition by Aggreko.

Clayton holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
