    Silicon Valley Pioneers

Industrial Electric Mfg (IEM) began in a barn on a family ranch in Fremont, California. We grew along with Silicon Valley, expanding to a 12,000 sq. ft. facility in 1957, 70,000 sq. ft. in 1980, 105,000 sq. ft. in 2003, and 135,000 sq. ft. by 2013. Today, IEM has 1.5M+ sq.ft. of manufacturing capacity.

    Multinational Scale

Still based in the heart of Silicon Valley–where IEM has been solving commercial power distribution challenges for Hewlett-Packard, Apple, and dozens of high-tech pioneers since they were start-ups–IEM has expanded nationwide and into Canada to deliver advanced electrical power distribution systems.
